Welcome to Sage Tobacco Leather. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. General
All products are handcrafted and may feature natural variations in leather, stitching, and finish. These are not defects, but part of the character of the product.
2. Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in CAD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
3. Orders
Orders are processed once payment is received. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be communicated where applicable.
4. Shipping
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier delays, unexpected duties, tariffs, and anything similar. Sage Tobacco Leather is not responsible for delays once the item has been shipped.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective, in which shipping insurance is your first conatact for mediation, followed by communication to S&T with claim number. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
6. Product Care
Leather is a natural material that will age and develop a patina over time. Proper care is the responsibility of the customer. Both overcare and undercare reveal different results. Leather is an organic material and ir does degrade, how fast and how well is up to the user.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including images, logos, and text, is the property of Sage Tobacco Leather and may not be used without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Sage Tobacco Leather shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.

Return Policy
At Sage Tobacco Leather, every piece is handcrafted using full-grain leather. Due to the nature of the material and process, each item will have slight variations that make it unique.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
All custom and made-to-order products are final sale. Once production has begun, these items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Ready-to-Ship Items
Non-custom items may be eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition.
To request a return, please contact us via email with your order details. If approved, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, please file a claim with the shipping carrier and contact us with the claim number. Include photos and a description so we can assist where needed.
Natural Materials
Leather is a natural material and may include marks, scars, and variations. These are not defects, but part of its character. If you prefer a cleaner-looking piece, please specify at the time of order.
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment once the item has been received and inspected.
